Seize the day.

A close family friend passed away this morning. My family and I were really saddened when we heard the news. She was a wonderful friend of my dad's and my brother & I grew up together with her kids - Shan and Xiang.

The last time I saw her was during Shanshan's 11th birthday earlier this year. She still looked fine. She suffered brain cancer, was going on treatment but she was nevertheless bubbly as ever. She's the crazy one among my dad's friends. The adventurous one when it comes to food.

She doesnt know the Lord, and actually that makes me sadder. But I pray deep down that God will forgive her because indeed she has been a wonderful generous lady. But all of that isnt for me to decide. Jesus takes control of that. We can just pray the best for her family. Uncle Wong, Shan and Xiang are great people. I just hope they'll feel better at this point of time though it may seem to be the saddest moment of their lives- losing their beloved mother and wife.

And i was listening to Seize the day by Avenged Sevenfold, one of my favourite songs of all time and the song came more meaningful to me. SEIZE the day meaning getting hold of everyday. Appreciating everything and everyone in life. But of course the lyrics didnt really relate to this matter. Just that i find the title very meaningful.

Lately we've been hearing news of her starting to get worse and then today, she.. passed away. Her death sort of struck me that human life IS short. Mum's right. We have to make the best out of this life. I think I better stop here before I get more emotional.

May her soul rest in peace.

yes Kris Allen is this season's A.I champion. My babykris-angelic-face won ! AHHHHHH im so happy :) im suppose to post this yesterday but i was just so exhausted so i decided to post this todayyy !

Honestly speaking, i think adam is the powerhouse. His vocal range is like.. crazy. But somehow i fell for Kris's soul. Don't know why. I fell for his simplicity and his humbleness ;) Oh well im not trying to crush anyone's heart but yeah i think Kris won it fair. You can tell he put it lots of effort =)

The song 'No Boundaries' written by Kara is an amazing song. Adam sang it confidently and made it his original number while Kris made it his heartfelt soul song. It depends how you like to hear it personally. Diff people like it to be sung differently. For this song, I think i like both honestly. :)

Anyhows, season 8 is over. Im looking forward for both Kris and Adam's album. I hope Danny comes out with one too. I miss his husky sexy voice ;) heee. and to my babykris : I ♥ youuuuu !

OH. and i wont be seeing PENNY WONG PUI YAN forever till july 10th cuz our math teacher is going canada for a longgg break. im gonnna miss you dear :) and our simillar bodyglove tops. heee.

Just came back with a full tummy - filled with laughter and pizzaaaa ! :)
It's REGINA's birthdayyyyyyy peeps =D Went pizza hut after school and celebrated there lah. Hope she liked the whole arrangement lah, with the birthday song and all =) Abdul Danial so freakinnn kind wei. He bought the chocolate indulgence cake - Secret Recipe somemore. Yummmy ! Was texting Zhiying yesterday. As I texted her, i realised how much I MISS HER. I really do. She was the one who introduced smiley faces to me when we were back in primary. And how we would always go over her house for movies. Her house's HTS (Home Theatre System) rocks! And how we -jia hui, lip yee, zhiying, me- would dance like there was no tomorrow in her room :) I remember the song we loved was Fergie's Fergalicious =DD

We're in different schools now, but our friendship never grew apart. I love her very much, sometimes very more like a bestfriend-sister =) SHE ROCKS ! and yes yinggie, we have to hangout sometime i NEED to see you :)

I first met her during chinese class last year. I was a newbie then -I came in SAB in late march- and knew little people. So i sat next to her during chinese class. We weren't really close until year-end i think. I used to think of her as a very cool kinda person but as i mingled more with her, i came to know that she's VERY understanding and pretty easy to relate to. She gives great advice and that made me like her more ;)

She turns officially 14 today- 7May2009. Whooo-hoo. We went and celebrated her birthday at McD, had lunch there and cam-whored =DD We're really glad she likes the prezzie we gave her.

Here ends my post. I am very very lucky to have a friend like her. And I will continue to pray the best for her. (LS, i dunno if you're satisfied by this post but anyhows i wrote it from my <3)

SATURDAY's concert was the bomb. Sabrina and I were still so high on Sunday. HAHAHA. And she called WangLeeHom the emperor and us as the wives ! =.="

HE IS SO HOT in real life.

Dump away all the posters man ! Real life wayyyy hotter :P He showed his versatility from playing the drums, violin, piano to the guitar. His G-clef guitar rocks man ! =DD
